Getting your emails into CTX is very simple - simply forward them to us!
When you created your CTX account, we assigned you an auto-generated email address, which you can find in Settings > Integrations.
All you need to do is send email to that address and we’ll import it into CTX.
If you want to set up forwarding rules, or subscribe the address to your internal email groups or lists, that’s totally fine too.
Where email is concerned we don’t ask for access to your account and we don’t import anything in the background - we know that your email account is super important to you and you need precise control of which messages are shared with CTX.
